I would not be surprised if Blake had 2 of the top-3. But, which 2? My top-3 are Maelyn, Gyth, and Jej. I think all 3 get voted through. Worst case scenario, they get saved.
I agree that the AI talent seems stronger. You didn’t think Jej was off key?
I listened to the show on my iPad using a decent pair of earbuds. I thought Jej sounded okay. Celia and Kalvin were the ones that sounded off pitch to me.
Anybody who’s watching live, please provide play-by-play. My NBC station is pre-empting with storm coverage (nowhere near me) so I am missing the show.
Starts at 9 PM on Tuesday nights. Stay safe and dry, musicmom.
I now have 2,266,500 points.
Never mind. I didn’t realize it was on later tonight. Maybe the storms will have passed by then.
I’ll post. Just let me know if I should shut up. Lol
Does the first place app winner get anything?
I’ll buy you a drink if you come out to the SF Bay Area. But you have to bring your dog.
Haha. Deal. She’s standing outside now staring at me and knocking on the door, but when I open it she won’t come in. We’re having a standoff.
I hope musicmerit doesn’t see this offer. They will want to collect on all their previous victories. That would get expensive…
How does the judging work this season with each team having unequal representation? I think in the past, the top three vote-getters on each team advanced and the judge got to save one of the remainders. If that is the case this season, then all of Adam’s team would go through.
Of course I saw it. Some drinks would be a lot less than the cost of my travel to the Bay Area.
I think each judge just gets one save. Adam may only have one on his team.
Well if anyone is in the dc area I’ll buy. I’ll be the one drinking a Cointreau, club soda and lime.
Live show starting now.
John thought Celia was a stand out and a revelation last night. I personally thought she sounded off key.
First round of results for the top 24.
Gyth the most streamed artist.
First 3 saved.
Team Blake - Gyth
Team Legend - Shawn. Or is it Sean?
Team Blake - Carter
Adam singing with his team. A Bob Marley song, is this love? These group songs are torturous.
If Adam picked this song for his team to sing, its another dud.
Next 2 artists saved.
Team Kelly - Rod
Team Blake - Kim Cherry
Kelly Clarkson singing a new single from a movie. Not sure I like the blonde extensions on her. She’s wearing some hot pink explosive dress with a leather jacket. The song isn’t all that good, but her voice is amazing.
19 contestants left. Next 3 saved.
Team Blake - Dexter
Team Legend - Maelyn
Team Blake - Andrew
