1/ He should not apply to school’s that he doesn’t like. If he did not like it the first time around, he’s unlikely to like them any better if he were accepted. The exception may be if he did not like a school for a reason listed on the “Stupid Reasons” thread.

2/ Unless he’s dead set on a BS, and assuming that the 2 local schools are valid options with a reasonable expectation of acceptance, then his list is fine.
