Didn’t do as well on the SATs second time around…no idea why. I will take them again if necessary…same with the SATs, although on the SAT writing i scored pretty high.

ECs include FFA, Krav Maga martial arts, Track and Field, Powerlifting, Volunteering, Tutoring, Community Service, and overcoming crohn’s disease.

I have one more year left in high school and i REALLY REALLY WANT TO GO to the UW, is this a good solid record.

Should i retake the SAT and ACT again? I do NOT want to score lower again… -.-

I would say you are almost there, just try to up your SATs a little bit. Do you do any review? The SATs totally suck, and they don’t prove anything except that your good at the SATs, they do not accurately test your knowledge! But unfortunately, they are taken into consideration. I bought myself a review book and raised my school 100 pts on each section! You can only go up from there. From the look of you classes and everything you’ve done you stand a great chance, that’s amazing! Just work on you SATs! :)

I think the reason i didn’t do so well on the second time was because it was during the peak of my crohn’s disease acting up before i had started treatment (as i had not been diagnosed yet)

Either way, I will purchase that book and try to raise my score.

My ACT writing was pretty high…how well will that make me look for the UW?

I’m not applying for any special programs there - i just want to go…its kinda been my dream.

yeah you did amazing on the writing part of the ACT! maybe you should take that one again instead…? IDK. but now that I know you are instate, I think you have a good shot!

i took the ap calculus but didn’t do so well, not the best math teachers where i live (one person got a 3 on the BC, but most of us got a 1 and a subgrade of 3)

I am taking all comm. college classes next year though, will that have much of an impact?

and is 25 on the ACT math bombing it? I mean it’s not a perfect ivy league score, but i dont want to go to those schools.
