Ithaca College v. University of Vermont?

I think (?) that state schools in general don’t offer a lot of financial aid. Also- while I’m not an expert, I think that financial aid usually comes in the form of loans- so that means you’d have to load up on debt if you qualify for it. If your stats are in the top 25% of students for Ithaca College, maybe you could get some merit aid there?

UVM lists its cost of attendance as over $47,000 per year.
the sticker price for Ithaca is similar. [Tuition and Fees - Student Financial ServicesFinancial Aid and Billing - Ithaca College](<a href=“Tuition & Financial Aid | Ithaca College”>Tuition & Financial Aid | Ithaca College)

are these numbers in any way doable for you? it seems like NY state schools are your best option.
