Its so close!

<p>I hate hearing “i’m sure you’ll get in”. I agree with Xargon42, it just sets you up for disappointment when you don’t. It’s easier when no one expects you to get in anywhere, and when you do, it’s like “omg wow good job” rather than the “oh. too bad … [edges away]” you get when you end up getting rejected.</p>

<p>haha thanks Rolandic7. But I think I might just end up not even checking my application status until a few days after they come out. I have 2 exams that day, and I know I’m going to be depressed and unproductive all day when I get rejected.</p>

<p>:( If only we could go back in time to when getting into colleges didn’t require a 4.0, 2400 and 9001 extracurriculars</p>
