<p>I think some perspective is in order. Stanford’s good, and I like it here, but it is not worth this much fuss. Nowhere is. </p>
<p>I recommend that you do two things after getting your rejections. Read “The disadvantages of an elite education” and also read some article about impoverished kids in Africa or somewhere. </p>
<p>I know it’s hard to realize now, but in a few weeks or months you’ll look back and realize that all of this is a bit overly-dramatized.</p>
