IU Kelley Petition Tracker 2024

we didn’t get a decision.

I don’t think so as I am still waiting without any update.

source?

nope, no news

I think they are referring to IU decisions going out by March 15, not Kelley.

Sorry! My mistake

You’re right that’s probably when he meant. Scared me for a sec lol

Does anyone know if calling and talking to the AO for your region (ours being CA) help in getting a response one way or the other. We are just getting tired waiting for a response. It is mentally exhausting both for the kid as well as for parents. Any answers will be helpful

I know the waiting can be difficult. But contacting one’s AO is not going to get an answer faster than what Kelley has already communicated. Good luck, hang in there.

So, is the consensus that if we haven’t heard yet, we won’t hear till 4/15?

Someone I know called Kelley yesterday and they said they were still processing their appeal.

Very insightful. Only assumption I would modify is that my son and I recently watched the Kelley Standard admit webinar and the admissions representative stated that each year between 500-600 students earn Standard Admission.

Of those 500-600, approximately 50% are auto admitted as a result of earning all As/Bs in 1st year classes, and the remaining 50% are admitted through the IU review process after the completion of 1st year classes … meaning they may have earned a B- or below in a class, but have re-applied to Kelley through the Standard Admit process.

This change to your assumptions would translate to 1900-2000 direct admits spots for incoming freshman, plus the 500-600 standard admits at the end of 1st year equal to the 2500 / year you referenced.

I was looking back at the 2023 Kelley petition tracker and it seems as almost everyone had heard back from Kelley by March 6th. It is starting to worry me a lot that I haven’t heard anything yet and I’m assuming it is a rejection but still holding on to some hope. Has anyone heard anything and if you haven’t heard back yet, what are your stats?

At the Kelley Red Carpet Day today, they mentioned that most review request results will be declared this Friday, 29-Mar. Best of Luck everyone!

Thanks for the information

Ok. I guess that puts it all out there before April.

Thanks for the info, we are looking to visit Wisconsin, Illinois, and IU and knowing if Kelley is a yes or no prior makes the itinerary more clear…

Quick question: If you had declared the intent to enroll while pre-biz does that cancel the petition review?

Is the Kelley petitioner notified either way (accepted or denied)? If so, then how are they notified? Thanks.

We submitted in September and have not heard a peep!
