I've changed alot since 9th grade.

Haha. As a freshmen, I already experienced a little bit of class life, because I had to take summer school classes as a part of AVID. I entered my first honors class, English. I was playing MapleStory at the time too, but I started in 7th grade so I guess it didn’t matter as much? I think freshmen year is when it went global, which I hated. XD; I miss beta times, because of the community.

My group of friends was huge during 9th grade, because most kids who go to my high school came from the local junior high. Recently, I found out 98% to be exact. Anyways, back in junior high I was friends with all the honors kids (even though I wasn’t one. How odd, huh?). All those people know each other and we would all hang out during lunch. But now its senior year, and my group super small. Everyone disbanded and created their own groups. Its kind of sad, because you don’t know them as well as you used to.

I’ve also found out how incredible rewarding it is to be a volunteer. And why it’s important to join clubs and be involved in school. Freshmen year I was just wide-eyed and curious, but I think it was still the best year in high school for me. The other years had its moments, but as a newcomer, you’ve got so much more to learn from. I only wish I took more honors/AP classes.
