My mother-in-law was born and raised in Germany- came over here at 9 years of age- I don’t think she has ever served this, although she makes some awesome ribs and saurbrauten! And all these years when I was inviting the gang over for a barbeque I was really inviting them to a grill! Who knew! </p>
<p>Well I am going to try this one out this weekend- if I can find the grill under the huge heap of snow out back- will have to hunt down some wood chips though- wonder if waldbaums will carry them?
