@ halcyon why is it to contort and not of contorting?

candidates debate with foreign policies (writing)
is with wrong?

@MYstic1996 but why not foreboding… Since the author said he saw the coexisting stuff with Seahorse.

Yeah I remember the question said no more than 1/5th. That’s why I stuck with 8 instead of redoing the question.

And @triassiic I said debate on… idk

yes, triassiic

They debated with foreign policies would mean that they were arguing with the foreign policies

@triassic yes you don’t debate with foreign policies

did anyone get a really confusing question about Persia and some Duke guy? one question was about the time period and the other was really wierd about what the words in the parentheses meant

Yes it’s wrong it’s idiomatic error I think. Should be debate on or something else along those lines

@TRAIASSIIC I think with is wrong. Candidates debate “about” or “Upon”

@triassiic- that ones kinda of an idiom. you don’t “debate with” you “debate on”

Because “ability of contorting” sounds unnatural, basically. I’m not sure of the specific grammar rule behind it, but it’s not idiomatic.

@jansat do you remember the other choices for that one?

WHat did u guys get for the short paragraph CR question about some chick named persia

@Ilikepie123 buy why everyone else is saying it has to be 5,6 or 7? Actually I got 8 because I’m doing oil/total = 1/6… I’m stupid…

BTW… What should I pick the question about how did xx maintain ? Or should it be “maintained…”? Section 10 1 question i guess

I don’t remember these sentence IE questions word for word but I sort-of have a picture of them:

1.) Research has shown that there is more carbon dioxide in the ai todayr than 10000 years.

Shouldn’t the bolded part be changed to than in 10000 years*?

2.) Had Robert not spoken up, the committee would have went along with the inital decision.

I am not sure if the bolded part of this sentence is correct.

Do we have a consensus on the oil question?

Oh and the Persia and Summer of 1953 questions. That was experimental, but I was extremely confused by the parenthetical statement question.

Isn’t it ability to contort?

WAIT the persia one was EXperimental? **** YES! that parenthetical question MADE NO SENSE

@jansat I did oil over total as well but it should work out with 8/40 as well since the question said no more than 1/5th. Any thoughts?

hey was the seahorse passage also experiemntal?
