I did as well as I expected on M and W but I have no idea what happened with CR. I was confident I only missed 4 or 5. Oh well.

Is my superscore enough to keep me alive in the admissions office at Stanford, Duke, and Johns Hopkins?? I guess I will find out in a month and a half!

CR:690
Math:600
W: 590 W 8 Essay

Wow. Can’t believe my math score was that low. Was really hoping for a 1330+ for Georgetown. Oh well.

Composite: 2370

Break-down:
- CR: 770
- M: 800
- W: 77 MC and 12 ESSAY -> 800

Extremely ecstatic about this score. Will not re-take. First time test-taker as well.

If anyone wants to know, here’s a copy-pasta from how I studied.

I studied through the blue book, the Barrons big book, the Barrons math/writing/critical reading workbooks (all 3 of them), and then just took a 2 week course in 9th grade for the SAT from Excel SAT Prep. After that, I kept on going to the Exam Club service they offer (where you can take a practice SAT every weekend for free for 4 years (started in 9th grade)) and a bit of luck factored in too (with the easy writing and essay prompt.

2350!

I’m done.

Anyone need advice shoot a PM

hey guys, does college board mail SAT scores to your house? I remember they did last year but I cant remember if f they did because I paid extra for score report things…

^^^…really? anyone???

No it’s on the collegeboard site

Hey guys! I got an 8 on my essay, which was very unexpected because I usually get 11s on practice tests at other test centers. For the prompt about whether progress is a result of struggle I wrote about the French middle class struggle in the French Revolution and Rosa Parks’ 1 yr long bus boycotts in Montgomery, Alabama. I’m so confused what I did wrong, I can post more of what I wrote if it helps. Should I have had 3 examples?

^ how long was your essay?

filled up the 2 pages @pusatshrade

I’m bummed bc i got a 74 on the writing composite, so the essay’s really bringing me down

Did you guys get a low score? Cuz mine was significantly lower than my practice tests.

MAN the curves were so damn harsh…

I’ll agree that writing was rough.

Anyone willing to read my essay for my test and tell me why I got an 8?

@ThePariah post it or pm me the essay and I’ll take a look
