JetBlue: Where are the bargains?

When my daughter first started flying to her college, the JetBlue fare was $39 each way. Now, it’s several times more than that. And additional increases are ahead, for all of us, at least according to this article. It’s something to consider when looking at colleges far away. We fly my daughter home and back three times a year, but we’ll start looking at Amtrak or buses, despite the longer travel time.

mdcissp is right about Tuesday and Wednesday being cheaper, sometimes Saturday can be too. Don’t know if Pittsburgh is served by Spirit Air but it very el cheapo, they run these very flip e-mails that describe the cheapo flights and prices.
