Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will need a PIN if you plan to file your FAFSA on the web. A PIN can be obtained at http://www.pin.ed.gov. Allow 710 days from the time of your request to receive your PIN. You must answer all of the questions on the FAFSA and, if necessary, estimate your income. Do not wait until your 2003 tax returns are completed. List Johns Hopkins University as a recipient of the FAFSA report. Our school code is E00473. The FAFSA is not valid if submitted prior to January 1, 2005. Students applying for Early Decision should file the FAFSA after their acceptance to JHU. Regular Decision applicants should complete and submit the FAFSA to the federal processor no later than February 1.
