<p>I’ve just gone through this twice over the summer-- interviewed with four different people each time. Sure makes you do some soul searching to try to figure out whether it’s your credentials, your personality, your desired pay, whether the job posting was a legal formality because the candidate was pre-selected, or what. Very discouraging but I continue to respond to new postings all the time. In the meantime, I’m gainfully employed, if not happily.</p>
