Julliard and free tuition

I think this is huge. I have been very critical of Juilliard for their attitude in the past about the high cost of going there and the relatively small amount of money I felt they allocated towards aid.

Have felt the same way about Juilliard. It will be interesting how it goes! I bet they will see a lot more applicants! Exciting.
