so for the picture one that the answer was the dust bowl, what were the choices? i think i chose the dust bowl one but i kind of remember there being a great plains choice and i want to make sure they weren’t two different choices.

More on the disease-inexpensive slavery question:

I feel confident in my answer [inexpensive labor].

whats 12 wrong, 4 blank on this test?

any replies would be GREATLY appreciated as I need to know whether to cancel or not

No it was labor shortage. I specifically rememebr it saying in AMSCO it saying that fewer people were emigrating from England in 1680’s because of higher wages in Europe and the colonissts needed workers.

were haymarket, pullman, and homestead conflict between laborers and owners??

Btw McCarthy went down because he started accusing soldiers in the army of being communists and he never found an proof except some army dentist who might have been a communist. This was his downfall.

what was the one with JFK, Mccarthy, and nixon?
they all started their political careers after whatever, anticommunist?

haymarket, pull, homestead conflict between laborers and owners i put
the AFL question, i think i put bread and butter, or maybe i skipped it? omg i really hope i put the answer down.

btw, i’m a soph if that helps. i’m thinking about canceling the score b/c i think it’s gonna be 600ish and i don’t want colleges to see scores like that. would they be upset or would it actually help if i keep the score this year and do a very good job when i retake it next time? thx guys in advance!!!

the one w/WWII, which was not true, Wasn’t Nixon(i think) the one who integrated the army?

Also the chinese exclusions act- i thought the laborers would support it the most b/c when they come, they provide cheap labor, and thus would take jobs away from them…

the mccarthy questions, i put the one with liberty, something like he violated personal liberty…oh wait, it’s NOT liberty, ■■■■ i’m gonna die

yes, the chinese exclusion one was definitely the laborers for that very reason.

your WWII answer sounds okay, but i can’t quite remember the other choices. does anyone remember that one?

ishbaca - 12 wrong 4 omitted = -19 = 740

I can confirm the Nader question was consumer rights. I’m 100% sure.

damn, i didn’t witness nader anywhere in my readings but i knew he was in the green party so i took a stab and guessed the nuclear power answer

Yeah I was between the nuclear one and consumer rights, but thankfully I remembered his consumer safety thing. I was definitely not expecting a question on something so recent because my teacher told us over and over that there are almost never questions on recent stuff.

uhh i’m pretty sure it was truman who integrated the army?

It was Truman.

^yeah or truman…LOL but that wasn’t what they asked for. can u confirm that WWII question?

i hope dustbowl wasnt in the choices…people keep scaring me

I put something with a drought thats all I know. If there was another choice that actually said the word dustbowl i’m screwed

Which question was “that WWII question”?

Freezenthaw, I remember putting down something about a drought too. I was very sure it was correct.

ok good hahaha i was really sure too

but because everyone keeps saying dustbowl and I didn’t look over the choices carefully I could have missed an obvious answer

plus i was 99 percent sure Zoot Suit Riots were in Detroit and I got killed

i cant afford to get anymore wrong agghh
