June 2010: Biology

The curve for the E test was also huge. I didn’t expect to get a 780 after seeing the consolidated list.

800-Bio M. I’m pretty sure i got three wrong with no omits…that must have been some SICK curve :]

i got a 700 E and I didnt even study that much…no really. I’m actually happy with my score though. I dislike bio very much. Not retaking it.

770 M… but I don’t think I’ll retake it? Is it worth retaking if I’m applying to Ivies and such?

800 - E
Coulda swore I got at least 6 wrong… I love this curve~

740 M and i’m not retaking it…

Ok, so I got a 770 on M and I’m quite satisfied because I started preparing 10 days prior to the exam, thinking that all the Biology books I had studied in the last 3 months (for school) would help me but I can swear only 10 % of the questions came from what I knew, Christ.

Anyway, considering the fact that I have 800 in Mathematics Level 2, Chemistry and Spanish, I guess a 770 won’t alter my chances of getting into an Ivy league University, right?
Tell me I’m right.

idk. is 740-M good for a freshmen that self-studied? is this ivy good? i heard it was usc scholarship good.

@boogalooney - You’re right. I don’t think that last 30 points is going to break or make your chances. 770 is a great score

800 M 2nd SAT II, got 800 on other one too
even though i know i got one wrong on both

How would you guys say the SAT subject tests compare in significance (for college admission) with the actual SAT (the one out of 2400)?

^The SAT carries much more weight than SAT II subject tests. As it is, only a few colleges even require applicants to take the subject tests while the vast majority of colleges require either the SAT or the ACT.

The SAT Reasoning has more weight, however, Subject Tests are important, too.

when do we get the paper reports?

^I don’t think we receive paper reports unless we requested them or registered for the test by mail.
