June 2010: Math II

That logic question was really obvious and i got it wrong. Ugh w/e i think o still got (and am hoping for) the 800, but I’m not going to retake regardless

What was the logic question?

if t<3 problem

i’ve got another one to add to the consolidated list:
a circle with a center at (-1,2) and a radius of 2.
find the equation: (x+1)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 4

what # was the t>3 problem?

One about perpendicular slopes, answer was -1 obviously

was the question with the shifting

f(x) = f(x+2)?

What do you guys think the curve is going to look like for this? I think it may be a bit more lenient than usual.

thats what i think. i am hoping for a 43 (for the curve) but i think it will at least be a 44. the lowest it can go is a 42 but thats with some major luck.

the question with the answer t>=3 was 49, i’m pretty sure

the question was something like:
if t <3, then x<y<4

and y=5

thanks classy girl. that helps me tremendously.

what was the letter answer for number 50? D?

I have no idea what questions you guys are talking about… the only ones I had problems with were (vaugely hinted)

-Series
-Laser
-Average N

For number 50, choice D was the 1037 (or something close, I don’t remember the exact number) and choice C was the 987 (again, something close, I don’t remember the exact number).

50 was B i think

what was the question of F(3)-f(1) or something like that and how was the answer 6? i thought it was 4 because wasn’t there an interval of 2 per value?

Can we confirm the graph shift question?

f(x) = f(x-2) + 3

Something like that. Answer was two to the right, three up.

lol that is def. the answer.

^yep agreed.

I don’t remember that question… at all…

was the answer in words like that?
