@heretohelpyou You basically said the same thing I did. Someone posted that -1 is a 35 and -2 is a 34 etc and I said that every test has it’s own curve based on how people did on the test (or the difficulty of the test). So if a section is very hard and very few people do well, it could have a larger curve so a -4 could be a 35 or a -1 could be a 35 based on the test.
@momofthree55 I’m afraid you’re mistaken. The curve is not generated based on how the students took the test. The curve is generated based on the difficulty of the sections (before anyone even takes the test, that is).
@momofthree55 @aposnova Nova is right. Many tests are recycled and the scale remains the same each time the tests are recycled. Tbe scales are predetermined.

@natureguy If you were shorted 15 minutes on a ACT section, that error should be reported to the ACT.

@VegasRoller If the group was randomly selected it would be highly unlikely to have this many 35s/36s but I think you’ll find that most kids on CC aren’t your average subset of the teenage population.
Will the new batch of scores be released at 12am or 8am??
