That’s a VERY good plan.
However I’d recommend you take AP Japanese since you don’t want to look too unidimensional. You’d have “regular” English but also an AP Humanities, it’d strengthen your overall schedule - more so than yet one more stem class. It’s good to show your academic interests - and those appear clearly in your schedule - but you want to show ability in a range of subjects, too, since American colleges aren’t as specialized as UK ones (for instance). Everything else, including the CMU plan, is excellent.
