Dual enrollment college courses taken while in high school should have a college record including grades with the associated college. You need to include all college courses and grades that you have completed in your transfer applications (even if the grades were passed / not-passed type of grades). How many / what dual enrollment college courses did you take while in high school, and what kind of grades did you earn in them?
AP credit will be considered by each transfer target by its own AP policies, not by the AP policies of your own college. I.e. the amount of AP credit your transfer target will say that you have may be different from the amount of AP credit your current college says that you have. Which AP scores did you earn?
Also, you may have less credit than you think if some of your current college courses cover the same material as your dual enrollment college courses or AP scores (e.g. if you take calculus 1 at two different colleges, you will only get credit once; if you take calculus 1 after AP calculus AB, you will only get credit once).
Junior transfers are typically expected to be ready to declare a major and have completed all frosh/soph course requirements for their major (if offered at their current college), as well as some general education courses specified by your transfer target. Have you done that?
