Actually weed is only legal (in CO) if you’re over 21. Don’t know what the penalty is for underage possession, though.

People that knows the COA: “Wow, how can you afford it? She probably got a lot of FA to afford it.” We didn’t, we are full pay. (but I don’t say that, I just smile and nod.)
And it is not legal to smoke weed in public places in Colorado. Many do, but you can be arrested for it just like you can be arrested for having alcohol in parks or on public streets.
@twoinanddone I once asked a London copper if he would arrest someone for smoking weed. He said, “yeah, if they throw the bud in the street I’ll nick them for littering”.
