<p>First off, this is not a confirmed rape. It is a reported sex assault by a mentally unstable female (unstable BEFORE the alleged sex assault) who committed suicide. None of the allegations made have been verified nor has any credible evidence been presented otherwise there would be probable cause for an arrest. I am not trivializing her death, just not jumping to conclusions without evidence.</p>
