Just Wondering

You didn’t ask me if they supported us. You asked me to name one country I’d feel safe wearing my Bush/Cheney hat through, and I rattled off a bunch.

If you can’t ask your own question, it’s not my problem.

And I could not possibly care less what the rest of the world thinks about anything. Last time we relied on them to do anything constructive, we ended up with WWII, so you’ll forgive me if, after 17 worthless resolutions in the equally-worthless UN, we don’t decide to kick butt and take names on our own terms.

We are seen as a pariah, eh? Fine. Next time a tsunami wipes out a few hundred thousand people, or an epidemic sweeps through Africa, or the Russians threaten Europe, then the whole world can go and ask Luxembourg for help. We’ll stay home.

We’re seen as a pariah because we are doing what the rest of the planet is too full of tyrants and cowards to do. We are hated because, in only 230 years we’ve done more than the rest of the world has in the 5,000 previous years.

It’s called JEALOUSY.
