Kaplan Scholars Program?

Well I didn’t take other forsh seminars, so this’ll be a bit of my opinion mixed in, but…

DEFINITELY worth taking, while it was certainly challenging intellectually, thats part of what made it so rewarding. Very rigorous/ demanding schedule for two quarters helped with the adjustment to school (easy schedule now is definitely fun). Some of my best friends are from the program also, since taking half your classes with the same set of 48 students for 2 quarters in a row really makes you feel like a cohesive, special group within the university (and you’re treated that way by the university too- special catered events just for you, where you eat with the Dean, special movie parties with pizza, etc.). The professors for the course that’s being repeated are among the best at the university and TRULY remarkable both in their credentials/ knowledge and also their teaching and approachability.

I have never once regretted being a scholar.
