@sgw2021 If you’re worried about whether or not you’re eligible, their guidelines are online at https://kelley.iu.edu/Ugrad/Admissions/Future/page39066.html - I received an email and letter stating my admission to Kelley around three weeks after receiving my IU acceptance letter (I applied August 19th and was accepted in the first wave of acceptances.)
