hoosiernation10, wow that’s really discouraging that all of the BUS-C 104 classes are already filled so soon. Are you on the wait list for any of the BUS-C 104 sections? If not, and you would prefer to take it first semester (my recommendation), then put yourself on the wait lists for as many sections as you can. There is no limit to the number of classes you can wait list. Also, if they open a new section, they may notify people who are on wait lists for other sections. Otherwise, you may not know that they have opened a new section.
Then if you can get into BUS-C 104, you can go ahead and drop PSY-P 102. You said you are taking it to help cover S&H credits for Gen Ed, but PSY-P 101 and ECON-E 201 will cover your S&H, so PSY-P 102 won’t really count for anything.
