I don’t think Kelley will act upon your petition until you’re accepted at IU so that would need to come first. My daughter applied by Nov 1 and submitted her petition on Dec 1 and got a response on Dec 15th. They sent an email to her personal email, not IU email. There wasn’t an immediate change to her status on the portal.
