<li>Yes, University of Michigan is better overall and its business program is elite of the public universities. </li>
<li>Kelly is definitely comparable to UT-Austin’s McCombs. They are very similar in ranking and everything. The big difference is that McComb’s is full of Texas residents whereas Kelly has both out of state and in-state. </li>
<li>Its very hard to transfer to University of Michigan as transfer no matter cc or university. </li>
