I don’t ever see a need for a second either which is another reason I never bought one. If I get the glass bowl and like it, I’m sure the stainless bowl will go to a good home.
I have a second bowl, and just got it. Every year when I make batches and batches of Christmas cookies, I’ve wished I had one…and now I do!

Yeah, my matte black ceramic one was $100 and that would normally give me hives, but it was a gift! I have kept my two stainless steel bowls and they come in handy on occasion. I have some recipes that call for egg whites to be beaten in a separate bowl and then folded into the batter in the main bowl.

I get hives for so many medical reasons, I hate reading about them for any other reason.
Same, joys of autoimmune mixed with bad allergies. I get hives if I look at something the wrong way; steroids are one of my best friends
