salesperson warned that if it iis hardwired (not plugged in, ie not “corded” as now required by safety code rules there), it would be an extra $350 for electrician upgrade. Supposedly you can check by removing front lower panel.

If the electric connection is more hidden, you may have to pull the dishwasher out to check.
