<p>Feet feet feet…they can cause soooooo many hip knee joint issues…there can be a combination of problems, like my husband has. Legs different lengths, feet flat but in different degrees, gout, and the lumps. As well as getting checked out, look at the shoes you wear, and flats sometimes have little support, do you have high or low arches, etc. Look at position of car seat. These are often things doctors may not ask about. If it’s a mote serious issue, the shoes and arches and all the rest will still need to be looked at and often something as simple as insoles can relieve pain while you are getting knees looked at.</p>
<p>Too often We look at one area of body and don’t see the big picture. A hip issue can start at the feet.</p>
