Feeling a bit bad, but I caved in and bought some kolaches at my local bakery. About a dozen and a half for $11.95. I figured it was that or with time dwindling it was that or nothing. Half of them are apricot (sampled one, flaky and delicious) and half are maybe blueberry or blackberry??
I just really wanted some! Time just can’t allow for everything when your life dictates you have to do other things - like work!!!

I 'm looking forward to someone reporting on baking the sweet roll version of kolaches.
Kolaches made which completes my holiday baking 2017. Now I need to stash them away before we eat them all before Christmas.
It is a kolaches epidemic! Now, if you see someone bringing kolaches to a cookie exchange or serving them at a party, that person is likely a CCer.
Or Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian…
Or both.
