The deposits were made out to the management co. that quit managing the property about a month ago.
I’m wondering if they don’t pay last month’s rent if anything will happen, and if it does, payment is just made late.
If the deposit was made out to the management company then they need to be involved. Ask them where the deposit is and how it is going to be returned.
