Latin sat

did anyone take the latin SAT?

yes did you think the passages were difficult?

yeah i mean i pretty much guessed on a lot b/c i didn’t know the vocab…i found the texts online
[Historia Augusta ? Divus Claudius](<a href=“Bill Thayer's Web Site”>Historia Augusta • Divus Claudius)
[aesopus / phaedrus057](<a href=“aesopus / phaedrus057”>aesopus / phaedrus057)

i can’t find the one about that dude who didn’t like money…what was his name?

his name was phocion…I thought some of it made sense but kept getting confused whether phocion or honesty was the thing that was more famous according to the passage…also there ended up being a lot of concessive clauses

yeah the phocion one i thot most or all of the cums were translated as although. how many do you think we can get wrong and get an 800?

yeah they were all ‘although’…dunno usually its like 4 or 5 but its impossible to tell for sure. also what did quin mean?
