LBW 2016!

Got in too.
I feel LBW 2016 was much easier to get into, as in their standards dropped.
Dont know anyone who actually took this application seriously who got rejected.
Blob town did her essays day before deadline and before her ACT and still managed to get in.
Did you guys join the facebook group?

there’s a fb group? please post link

@happywharton “Don’t know anyone who actually took this application seriously who got rejected.” Well, now you do. Didn’t get in, but seeing all your stats, it is a surprise they even took the time to email me my rejection. My stats are nothing compared to yours. I don’t have a business of my own, while you guys sit there making thousands of $$$!

Well, enjoy it guys! Congratulations on getting in! And maybe PM me while there so that I can kinda be a part of it too!

Any one received email notification of being rejected or wait listed yet?

Hey guys! I also got ACCEPTED! Does anyone know this years acceptance rate?

nvm link on fb is on the email

What were your stats all of you guys?

Did any of you RSVP or pay yet? I didnt apply for financial aid and paid it 3 hours after my acceptnace.

Any one waitlisted or rejected here?

@happywharton I also haven’t heard about any rejections, so I’m also not sure if the standards dropped this year.

Here are my stats:

Accepted! You do NOT need to start a business to get accepted.

2250+ SAT
Region FBLA President, School Chapter President
Local Leadership Group President
Newspaper $$$ guy

+many more not listed on application. Awards included best delegate awards, ap scholar with distinction, summa cum laude, region business simulation contest, etc.

Class rank: 1/ ~200
GPA: 4.0

For my essay, I talked about starting a club at my school in the second prompt. In the Why LBW prompt, I wrote about the generic “interested in meeting new people and exploring the business world.”

What are your stats?

yea i haven’t heard many rejections yet. I don’t think its due to the standards dropping. More likely, the less people applied this year compared to previous years. Thus the acceptance rate is probably higher this year.

Should we post questions etc on the facebook group or here?

Any one got rejected btw?
