<p>I don’t know anything about this program but I wonder if it has to do with accreditation or program requirements. My daughter is at a different school as a speech pathology major. Although the school has many accelerated programs (such as PT and PharmD) the speech program students must enter as regular 4 year undergrads; they have to apply in their third years to the accelerated master’s program and, if accepted (not guaranteed) they will graduate in five years with a master’s. I believe this has to do with required course content for admission to accredited speech pathology master’s programs, as there currently is no approved undergraduate speech pathology major (one would have to major in communications disorders, or something similar, which is what their degrees will be if they follow the curriculum for the four year bachelor’s degree). Possibly that’s why this law program is set up this way as well. Just a guess. Good luck with your decision.</p>
