Not a problem at all except for the hours load.

First year language classes are usually 5 hours each, and don’t work into schedules well if you’re trying to take 15 hours, as they usually meet every day. Some languages have accelerated first year courses which are 6 hour courses, but you can’t always register for them without some experience in the language.

All liberal arts students must complete language to the 4th semester of proficiency, which would usually be 16 hours. A second language would take at least another 16 hours, so you’d have to be careful about that.

I would not recommend taking more than 1 foreign language at a time, at least at introductory level, as the classes are time consuming and you will want to devote your full attention to the language you are studying.
