Lehigh Class of 2017!

did anyone apply to IBE for ed2?

i applied to ibe. it says i have been accepted but does not say anything about ibe

The ibe decision will probably come in your official letter

I thought that more people would be posting that they got accepted on here… I guess not.

I know, Jigar, I was hoping so! I hope the enthusiasm will return :P

international EDII applicant here; still haven’t received a decision – been waiting since the 14th. can anyone - anyone - give me an idea of what/how/when to expect this? i really think the ‘refresh’ button has lost near all of its glorious promise in the past week…

(would’ve sent an email; but don’t want to come off as desperate or intrusive; i’m not the most academically-qualified applicant, to be quite honest. applied for CAS)

Did you check your spam folder? In EDI, the international students heard first. They received an email.

congratulations to everyone who got in. I hope to join you all after RD decisions come out next month

Do you know by when they will finalize our FA packages? Because I assume that it’ll be soon because they already did it once for ED students.

I’m guessing your question was answered, Jigar, but if not then they will finalize aid packages very soon if they haven’t done yours already. Unfortunately I am STILL waiting on my mom’s and my tax return to even be completed…

Anyway, is anyone going to Candidates’ Day in a month?

my daughter wants to go to the engineering candidates day, but we have to find out if it’s just for the undecided admits or for all admits. Would hate to take a spot from someone who should go to get an extra feel for the campus.

Candidates day is for all admitted students.

Britsmum - Candidates day is for all admits. Make sure to participate in the Q&A for your daughter’s indended major - you can get a ton of great information from the students on the panel.

Also for those interested in research opportunities at Lehigh, I encourage you to check out the David & Lorraine Freed Undergraduate Research Symposium March 20th if you are in the area. You can also check it out online, although I don’t think the 2013 projects are up as of yet. Each Department selects one or two on-going projects to be presented - great experience for the students and gives you an idea of what these young people are accomplishing.

Thank you so much for that information. I will look into the March 20th event. My son is planning on attending the April 13th Engineering event as well.

Lehigh 2017 - yes, my son and husband are going to candidates day.

Hey i was wondering when we need to begin paying tuition? is there like a specific date?

Tortillaboy -

Lehigh as a payment planned called “Lehigh University’s Four Payment Plan” (4PP) which is designed to allow undergraduate students to pay all or part of Lehigh’s semester tuition, room and board in four equal monthly installments, rather than paying one lump sum at the beginning of each semester.

For the fall semester, you’d sign up by July 1 (which is when your first payment is due). The payments would range from July 1 to October 1. For the spring semester, the payment plan would start on December 1 and go until March 1.

Otherwise, if you don’t use the payment plan, the payments will be due on August 15 for fall and January 2 for spring.
