yeh honestly i would worry about ur personality and self confidence…college is nothing like high school

U need really good social skill in meeting people…and making sure they dont think ur a ■■■■■■ when u just go up and talk to random peope…

there are plenty of hot girls…just dont go out with any on ur floor…its called floorcest and its ill advised…

A FOB (fresh off boat) is someone who is just staright out of aisa (usually china or india) and do not know the western culture so act really wierd around people and thus tend to be looked down upon by non-fobs…

“That’s almost completely not true. Asian girls that go to McGill tend to stay away from Asian guys, and vice-versa. You just don’t tend to get the fobby asians going to McGill. That would be U of T for ya.”

Actually I completely disagree with that statement. You’ll see Asian girls hanging out with guys of any race and Asian guys with girls of other races. But speaking as an Asian from McGill and from Montreal, I noticed that Asian girls and guys here seem to stick with their own kind more so than at Toronto. The Asian community here is small and we’re all connected in some way. But wtv, this isn’t really an important issue anyway.

I do believe it’s a personal perception issue there. My own biased sample (which is incidentally somewhat large) is completely skewed the other way. Sadly statscan doesn’t seem to have any data on this matter ;).
