<p>Now, words of advice from one who (despite current physique) has BTDT: Drink LOTS of water, don’t injure yourself, and remember that you’re not going to be ready to breeze through BUDS in three days. It takes time for your body to adjust and strengthen itself. Also, remember to REST. Your body can’t repair itself if you don’t slow down.</p>
