<p>Honestly the workouts at SS were not that difficult. If you are active and arent a complete couch potato you´ll be just fine. I mean I maxed out 4 of the events on the CFA so i´m in pretty good shape, but none the less, dont worry about it too much. Its not even a whole week of your life. The only part I struggled a little with was the running. Its like 100 plus outside and you do a fair amount of running between the mornings and the tests and stuff. I´d be more worried about bringing sunscreen than than about whether you can do 75 or 100 pushups. I dont mean to downplay working out, i just wouldnt want anyone to be stressing about it. Now Sea Trials were hard, but thats more of a mind game than anything else. The first thing I did that day was jump in the water in sweats and get wet and sandy. Oh i could go on all day.
