My son had an LOA last year. After completing his file, the appointment was held up because he was deficient on the basketball throw portion of the CFA. The admissions officer let him retake the CFA. If my son had not passed the CFA, he wouldn’t have received an appointment.</p>
<p>LOA’s are conditional.</p>
