<p>you can send it in after the fact. once they have what they need, they will make a decision on your app unless you ask them to wait for the letter of rec. if i were you, i would not suggest asking them to wait if you think you have the stats to get in. send it once you have it if you are in the running for merit aid and pitt will add it to your scholarship app. </p>
