cowgirlatheart…all I can say about Ani is that she freakin kicks ass. Her music has changed my life in so many ways. I even wrote my Common App essay about her! lol She has a beautiful voice and she sure knows how to make music.

Can’t tell what’s mainstream or not but some songs I like

Snow Patrol- Chocolate

The Spotlight- Collapsing for You
Hot Rod Circuit- Tell the Truth
Morrissey- America is Not the World

jinp6301-- Chocolate? really? out of all of their songs, Chocolate? lol. just kidding. Final Straw was a lot poppier than When It’s All Over and Songs for Polarbears, though. Personally, When It’s All Over suits me best as a concept album-- brilliantly executed and best to listen to in sequential order. Songs for Polarbears has a few choice hits, the rest sort of mushy-- Final Straw is more mainstream, catchy.

Stevezilla has good taste in music!
