My school doesn’t offer much in terms of AP and honors classes so I am taking the hardest schedule I possibly can.

I go to two schools every day. One’s a normal high school, and the other is a magnet school for the sciences and math. Kids from several different schools in my area apply during eighth grade in order to be able to attend the magnet school during their years in high school.

do straight A’s make that much of a difference to colleges? everybody i know seems to say they care more about AP classes, than A’s in normal classes… do you know?

Wow! You all get fun classes, mine are broing and basic

- some other chill class here?

emac2007 - Colleges like seeing kids taking AP classes AND getting good grades in them (most liked grade is an A). However, if that’s not possible, they’d rather see a B in an AP class instead of an A in an easier class.
