I’m about to be a 3rd year and I’ve lived off campus the past year (sophomore year) and am going to live off campus for the upcoming year and beyond haha.

Your account is only billed with the tuition and fees. I’m in the same boat as you where my financial aid (grants, etc.) cover almost up to the 42000 area. Based on my calculations of tuition and estimated fees it looks like 44000-45000 should be what you have to pay to USC. The rest of cost of attendance is up to you.

I dormed my first year at New North and that was a lot of fun with the whole freshman experience and everything. Most transfers live off-campus though and off campus life is a lot of fun too. It’s far cheaper for me to live off campus so that’s the biggest benefit haha. Just involve yourself with student orgs and you won’t miss too much of the social life of USC even if you are off campus :). Also, biking to campus from way out there is good exercise for me haha.
