Our mail just came and nothing from LMU.

Just checked the mail again and my financial aid came in! Again, I live in Washington State.
Pretty disappointing, though. I got 24k in grants and awards, no merit scholarship. That just under half of what Chapman is offering. I’m leaning towards appealing my aid, but it’s not looking great, considering my low EFC.
Still nothing here in Eastern WA.
Has anyone in the engineering school heard back regarding merit yet?
Finally received envelope today, with only 2k awarded for early action.
So it’s a No for LMU
My son got his award today. We live in Colorado. It was shockingly low-- $10,500 Achievement award, $2,000 early action. That’s it. No need-based aid, although he got some at every other place he’s applied (we’ve heard back from eight so far). It would cost twice as much to go to LMU as Chapman. I must admit, LMU was my top choice–although that might not be true for him. (So it doesn’t really matter what I think.) Oh well, good luck to all of you. Really disappointed, but I know it will work out fine.

I’m a mechanical engineering major from Pennsylvania and I just got it in the mail today. I got a 15,500 Arrupe scholarship plus 2k for EA. Since people are asking for stats, my gpa is 4.0 uw and SAT 1400. LMU is in my top 3!
Is it possible letters were sent out based on major then? Has anyone applying for business received an award letter?
There was someone earlier who posted whose major was finance (sorry, I can’t recall who, but it was one of the first to post about receiving a package in the mail). My Ds major is accounting, but nothing received yet.
Not to sound like a jerk, but if you’re a definite no because you got better offers, please turn them down so deferred and RD people can have a shot.
Mail finally came in NorCal - no update still - argh! They are just dribbling out so slowly it seems. Not a great way to do things.
No NOR or SO cal? This is so odd. Doing out of state first? Ranks of how much? Major? No one knows lol. Should we contact and ask?
I asked-they said financial aid was all mailed out over the weekend and portals will be updated before tomorrow evening
People who got theirs, how early did you submit your applications? Maybe it’s rolling by submission dates.

I wonder if the delay is specific to the Arrupe award? We are in Oregon and also have received nothing from LMU. Honestly, given the awards that similar stat students have reported, I have become pretty pessimistic about this one.
