<p>I got into applying for WP a bit late. I decided that I wanted to really go there like in the last week of October (after having thought of applying since junior year). I filled out the Candidate Questionnaire and got an application from West Point. </p>
<p>I also signed up for candidate nominations for my senator and local representative. I also have gotten my teacher evaluations in. (I still need to get everything else in.)</p>
<p>The only problem is I am currently not a US citizen. My parents applied for in January of this year, and we have opened up a casework with our local representative to see if we can make the process faster. </p>
<p>Will not having my citizenship currently disqualify me for an LOA?</p>
<p>Btw is the LOA supposed to come after I turn in my candidate questionnaire?
