<p>LOA=Letter of Assurance. Everyone does not get this, so don’t fret. Most don’t get this. It is basically a conditional acceptance. It states that you’re what they are looking for and if you meet all the criteria, you will be offered an appointment.
As far as getting a late start: My son began the entire process in mid/late September, and the appointment came last Friday.</p>
